Every Sunday afternoon from 1–3 p.m. we offer a meditation “workshop”: generally this involves an introduction to sitting and walking meditation and a chance to ask questions. Anyone is welcome to drop in and join, whether Buddhist or not, or whether you’ve been here before or not; beginners are welcome. If you’d like to come earlier that’s fine too, including joining the meal offering at 11 a.m. and/or speaking informally with one of the abbots after the meal from about 11:45–12:30.
