There will be a traditional offering ceremony (called a “Pa Bah” in the Thai language) held at the monastery on Sunday June 4, beginning at 10:30 a.m., which is being organized by a group of lay supporters from New York and locally for the purpose of offering funds for the building of a kuti (monk’s cabin). They are happy for anyone to join in the offering and/or attend the ceremony on the day, so please feel welcome to join.

As always, you are welcome to arrive anytime in the morning. Events will begin at around 10:45 a.m. with an alms-round and shared meal, and the ceremony itself will start at 12:30 p.m. or so. There will be a Dhamma Talk offered as part of the ceremony, and we expect the events to finish before 2 p.m.
