Every Sunday afternoon from 1–3 p.m. we offer a meditation “workshop”: generally this involves an introduction to sitting and walking meditation and a chance to ask questions. Anyone is welcome to drop in and join, whether Buddhist or not, or whether you’ve been here before or not; beginners are welcome. If you’d like to come earlier that’s fine too, including by joining in with the meal offering at 11 a.m., or speaking informally with one of the abbots after the meal from about 11:45–12:30.
This will be the last meditation workshop until April 2023.
