This is the full moon day of the month of Asālha, which is marks the beginning of the vassa, the three-month rainy season which forms an important part of the monastic year. After the Dhamma Talk there will be an opportunity to join the monastic community in an outdoor candlelight circumambulation, as is the tradition.

There will be chanting and meditation from 7–8 p.m. and then the talk and circumambulation.
